We will also happily tell you in person that we won't do the job if it could damage the surface due to age, or cleaning it being the wrong approach.

Pressure washing uses high water pressure and suits hard surfaces like concrete driveways.
Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning treatment, and is what we use on roofs, render and anything pressure could damage.

We use products designed for residential use around gardens and pets, and we take care to protect garden beds before we start.
If you have specific plants or a pond you're worried about, mention it when you book and we'll work around it.
We carry 10mtr wide tarps should we need to be extra careful.

Light rain usually isn't an issue for most jobs, but heavy rain or storms can mean rescheduling for safety, particularly on roof work.
We'll call ahead if the forecast looks like it'll be a problem.
Our communication is better than our cleaning, and we're pretty bloody good at that!.

It depends on the season and how booked out we are, but we'll always give you a realistic date when we quote rather than a vague "soon."

Use the below info as a rough guide;
Jan - April - Pretty relaxed, this is when we take our holidays to give an idea.
May - August - Normally around 2-3 weeks minimum - good for strata cleans! 
Sep - December - We normally stop taking bookings for the year in October.

A standard house roof clean usually takes half a day.
Driveways and smaller jobs are often quicker.
We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.

Not necessarily, as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and, for jobs using water on-site, access to a tap.
We're pretty self contained and can bring up to 4000ltrs of water with us should we need too, this isn't our first rodeo.

Yes, we carry public liability insurance for both residential and commercial work, and can provide a certificate of currency on request, plus any safety forms etc, just ask.

We're a family-run local business based in Albany Creek, Moreton Bay.

The person who quotes, and does the job is the owner, Dylan, You'll speak to him 99% of the time unless he's away racing cars.

We also have Jake our laborer, you'll see him most times you see Dylan too.
