Agreement to Services
By hiring Breeze Exterior Cleaning ("we," "our," "us"), the customer ("you," "your") agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding exterior cleaning services. The scope of work, pricing, and specific services will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Quotes & pricing

Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by cash, credit card, or other methods as specified in the service agreement. A deposit may be required, which will be outlined in your quote. Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late fee or interest charges.

Bookings & cancellations

Service Scope Breeze Exterior Cleaning will provide exterior cleaning services as specified in the service agreement, including, but not limited to, pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof washing, soft washing, and other related services. The exact scope of work will be confirmed prior to the commencement of any services.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment by providing at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply. Breeze Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to adverse weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other events beyond our control.

Liability

Breeze Exterior Cleaning carries public liability insurance. Details of coverage are available on request.

While we take every precaution to prevent damage, exterior cleaning services involve working on surfaces that may be subject to wear, aging, or previous damage. Breeze Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cracked surfaces, chipped paint, or broken tiles. If damage occurs due to our negligence, we will repair or replace the affected area at our discretion.
