Pressure Washing In Brisbane & Moreton Bay
Driveway and Pressure Cleaning across Brisbane North & Moreton Bay
Driveways and concrete get real pressure. Render, cladding and painted surfaces get soft washed. We match the method to the material, not the other way around.
What we pressure clean
Anything built to take real pressure — and nothing that isn't.
Driveways
Concrete, pavers and exposed aggregate cleaned back to their original colour, including oil, tyre marks and the brown stains gum leaves leave behind.
Paths & pool surrounds
Non-slip surfaces cleared of algae build-up, which is often the main slip risk around a pool.
Retaining walls
Stone and block walls cleaned of dirt, moss and staining without disturbing mortar joints.
Bin areas & loading docks
Commercial hard-stand areas degreased and cleaned — see our commercial services for scheduled visits.
House soft washing
Render, weatherboard and cladding cleaned at low pressure with a chemical wash, avoiding water forced behind sheeting.

Timber, colorbond and aluminium fencing cleaned without stripping paint or stain.
Concrete sealing — worth doing at the same time
Once a driveway is clean, sealing it keeps it that way and changes how it handles wet weather.
Unsealed concrete
- Porous surface soaks up oil, tannins and algae, so staining comes back faster
- Can get noticeably slippery when wet
- Needs a harder clean each time to get back to original colour
Sealed with a hydrophobic coating
- Water beads and runs off instead of soaking in
- Noticeably better grip in the wet — the same grip as when it's dry
- Stains sit on the surface rather than in it, so future cleans are easier
How a pressure cleaning job runs
Assess the surface
We check the material and condition to set the right pressure and nozzle before we start.
Pre-treat if needed
Oil stains, algae and heavy build-up get a treatment first so pressure alone isn't doing all the work.
Clean
Full pressure clean of the area, edges and corners included.
Seal (optional)
Hydrophobic sealing on request, usually done the same visit once the surface has dried.

Pressure washing questions
Yes, at the right pressure and distance. We use a wide fan tip and keep the wand moving to avoid etching or removing jointing sand, and can re-sand joints afterwards if needed.
Most hydrophobic sealants last 2–3 years depending on traffic and sun exposure. We'll give you a rough timeframe based on your specific driveway when we quote.
Most oil staining lifts with a pre-treatment and pressure clean. Very old, deeply set stains may lighten rather than disappear completely — we'll be upfront about that before we start.
Pressure washing uses high water pressure and suits hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning treatment, and is what we use on anything that pressure could damage — render, cladding, roofs and painted surfaces.
Usually, yes. The brown marks from gum leaves and seed pods are common in the bushier suburbs like Albany Creek, Eatons Hill and Warner. They respond to a pre-treatment before the pressure clean. Old marks may fade rather than disappear, and sealing afterwards stops new ones soaking in.
